Overnight Support

"Crystal assisted our newborn twins with Overnight Care. She provided us with the comfort, care, and confidence we needed for our babies. We always felt we were in good hands when she was around. Crystal allowed me time to recover and rest postpartum, so I Could be present for my 3 year old in the morning. The Niagara Doulas team was wonderful! ~ Katie H.

What We Offer

You Sleep. I’ll Take Care of the Rest.

The early weeks with a newborn can be beautiful — but they can also be exhausting.

If you are recovering from birth, feeding around the clock, healing physically, and trying to function on very little sleep, overnight support can help you feel rested, reassured, and cared for.

With overnight postpartum doula care, you can sleep knowing your baby is in experienced, compassionate hands.

What Overnight Support Looks Like

While you rest, I can:

  • Care for your baby throughout the night

  • Bring baby to you for breastfeeding

  • Prepare bottles or pumped milk

  • Change diapers and soothe baby back to sleep

  • Wash bottles and pump parts

  • Track feeds, diapers, and sleep

  • Support feeding routines

  • Offer reassurance during the newborn stage

Whether you are breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, pumping, or combination feeding, support is tailored to your family.

The first week home with a newborn is often challenging due to sleep deprivation, the physical recovery from childbirth, and the adjustment to baby's feeding and sleeping schedule. New parents may feel overwhelmed by the constant demands of their infant and the need to balance self-care with baby care. The emotional highs and lows, combined with the learning curve of the new responsibilities, can make this initial period both exhausting and stressful. An overnight doula can significantly ease the first week home with a newborn offering a more positive transition into parenthood.

Let's talk about what support could look like for your family.
