Postpartum Care
"I can't say enough about the amazing service we received. This was one of the most stressful, craziest couple of weeks - I felt like we were going to fall apart as a family - and Crystal gave us peace of mind in taking care of 'O' so that 'D' and I could get the rest we needed, and kept our house in working function! Thank you, thank you, thank you!" ~ Mama C.
What We Offer
Because Every New Parent Deserves Support
Bringing home a new baby is one of life's most beautiful transitions—but it can also be one of the most overwhelming.
You may be recovering from birth, adjusting to feeding, navigating sleepless nights, and wondering if what you're experiencing is normal. While everyone focuses on the baby, it's easy for parents to feel forgotten.
At Niagara Doulas, we believe parents deserve support too.
Our postpartum care services provide practical assistance, emotional support, and evidence-based guidance to help you feel confident, cared for, and empowered during the fourth trimester.
You don't have to do this alone.

Why Families Choose Crystal
Supporting families isn't just my profession—it's my life's work.
As a trained birth and postpartum doula, infant care specialist, and founder of The Fourth Trimester Collective, I have spent years helping families navigate pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.
My experience supporting marginalized families through community-based reproductive programs has taught me that every family deserves compassionate, respectful, and individualized care.
My goal is never to tell you how to parent.
My goal is to help you feel confident in your own parenting journey.

First Week Home - $390 (special rate)
-
3 four-hour visits during your first week home
The first week home with a newborn is often challenging due to sleep deprivation, the physical recovery from childbirth, and the adjustment to baby's feeding and sleeping schedule. New parents may feel overwhelmed by the constant demands of their infant and the need to balance self-care with baby care. The emotional highs and lows, combined with the learning curve of the new responsibilities, can make this initial period both exhausting and stressful. A postpartum doula can significantly ease the first week home with a newborn, offering a more positive transition into parenthood.
